Continuem amb els experiments de la cuina solar
Aquest cop es un pastís de Poma al Sol
Ingredients:
3 Ous
150g sucre
130g d’oli d’oliva
1 sobre de llevat
200g de farina
Barregeu primer els ous amb el sucre, afegiu l’oli i barregeu bé. Tot seguit el llevat i la farina i continueu barrejant, us quedarà com una crema. Aboqueu en un motllo i afegiu trossos de poma tallats a filets fins que quedi ben ple.
Cocció: Afegiu a la olla la reixeta on reposarà el motllo i aneu movent la cuina solar segons la posició del Sol. En aquest cas es va coure amb gairebé una hora i mitja, val a dir que era un dia amb molts núvols.

Hem fet crispetes!!Triguen una mica més i potser alguna queda sucarrimada però per a ser la primera vegada i amb Sol de tarda han quedat ben bones.

Strawbale Workshop
where?
At Mas la Llum, a self‐reliance project, consists in a cottage for shared accomodation, a small camping area, a space for water retention and treatment, a vegetable garden, and a little area for domestic animals
In the Bernarda’s Valley, Arens de Lledó, Matarraña, Teruel. Near the Natural Park of Puertos de Beceite;where you can go hiking, climbing, caving and practise other activities.
when?
Workshop 1: 26th September – 8th October 2011
Workshop 2: 17th October – 29th October 2011
what?
We will build 290 m2 with straw bales. It is going to be the cottage for shared accommodation in an area of 22,410 m2. We will build with load‐bearing straw bales (Nebraska style) and non load‐bearing straw bales. The plaster will be made with earth and lime.
how?
The workshop is mainly practical supported with some lectures of theoretical sessions.
They are also planed talks, and/or films of similar topics.
We will work in groups, guided by the workshop organizers
Saturday evening and Sunday are spare time.
who?
You, with who we expect to make up a 20 participants team for each worhshop.
We, who want to share with you our motivation in building with natural materials.
We are:
Emma Ribalta: with previous experience in strawbale building with Gernot Minke, and Permaculture certificate with Richard Wade and Inés Sánchez (Instituto Montsant)
Pía Alejandra: environmental architect, specialized in natural building, with previous experience in cane and bamboo; and earth and strawbales training with Gernot Minke. (www.pia‐alejandra.tumblr.com).
Catarina Pinto: architect specialized in restoration and environmental solutions; with previous experience in earth, cane and bamboo and strawbale training with Gernot Minke, Amazonails and Andrew Morrison. (www.terrapalha.blogspot.com).
how much?
350 € each workshop (camp included, food no included)
550 € both workshops (camp included, food no included)
Food per each workshop is 200 € (veggie meals: breakfast, coffee/tea break, lunch, coffee/tea break, dinner).
The toilet is a compost one.
It is also possible to sleep at the Arens’ hostel for 20€ daily.

Taller de construcción con balas de paja
¿dónde?
En Mas la Llum.
¿cuándo?
Taller 1: 26 septiembre – 8 octubre 2011
Taller 2: 17 octubre – 29 octubre 2011
¿qué?
Construiremos 290 m2 con balas de paja. Es una casa rural para alojamiento compartido en un terreno de 22.410 m2. Se construirá con bala de paja estructural (sistema Nebraska) y con bala de paja no estructural. Se realizarán revestimientos con tierra y cal.
¿cómo?
El curso es principalmente práctico, reforzado con horas de teoría. También están previstas charlas y/o películas de temas afines. Se trabajará en grupos orientados por los organizadores del curso. El sábado por la tarde y el domingo son días de descanso.
¿quién?
Vosotros, con quien esperamos formar un equipo de 20 participantes por taller.
Nosotras, que queremos compartir nuestra motivación en la construcción con materiales naturales, somos:

¿cuánto?
350 € cada taller (acampada incluida, alimentación no incluida)

Alimentación por taller es 200 € (cocina vegetariana: desayuno, almuerzo, comida, merienda y cena)
El lavabo es de compostaje (váter seco)
Es posible alojar en hostal en Arens de Lledó por 20 € diarios
